The daily activities of my classmates are spending most of their time in playing computer games and using their cellphones. These activities are considered passive and sedentary, no physical activity was being done. You just sit around and enjoy what you are doing.
I also have similar activity with them. Sometimes I spend more time in playing computer games and watching movies. There are also times I spent more time on playing basketball that is when the Barangay or the town have basketball leagues. I know that doing nothing is just an example of passive activity which may put myself in bad health. For me, in order to have a good physical health is to involve yourself in sports at the same time you should have diet restriction to maintain good body weight. Self control is needed in order to attain it, your just have to be serious in doing lifestyle modification to improves one's health.
It refers to the interest or way on how a person live his/her life. It is a choice made by person and it can be change from time to time.
Physically, people wanted to have a healthy lifestyle by choosing and maintaining a healthy diet and physical exercise.Taking vitamins.Eating vegetables and less rice.Eating foods with less cholesterol.Doing some exercises everyday.
Lifestyle is not only limited to physical health but in all aspect of health. It could be for emotional health, spiritual health, mental, environmental health.
Not all lifestyle are good. There are a lot of lifestyle which are bad for the health.
Example:Love watching movies without exercising.Eating unhealthy foods.Sleep late at night.Drinking lots of alcoholic beverages.Eating more sugars containing foods.Indulging oneself in stressful environment.Prolong use of mobile phones.
