Playing team sport can promote fitness, good health and wellness. How? The reason is actually simple. Your body and mind is exercised when playing team sport which helps in attaining and maintaining fitness, good health and wellness. Risks of getting into drugs and alcohol is also lower as playing distracts you from it. You may also befriend your teammates and help each other in avoiding activities that might harm you and your well-being. :)
The best times for me be more active is from 5:00 am to 6:00 am and it is from Mondays to Fridays. But over the weekend, I am active from 5:00 am to 7:00 am.
I wake up every morning at around 4:30 am. I do my warm up and get ready for my daily run and Zumba exercise. I leave the house at 5:00 am and I run for 45 minutes inside our village. After my run, I go back home and play a Zumba video instruction on my laptop and try to imitate the steps on the video. After my daily workout, I cool myself down and I start getting ready for work. I take my breakfast and leave the house.
But being active doesn't stop there. When I am at work, I walk a lot and try to stay active. I avoid sitting down for a long time to avoid the development of body fats. I tend to move every now and then. When I go back home after work, I do my household chores and run some errands before taking some rest.
